When I was 16, my dad received an Alzheimers diagnosis that shook our family. It put my mental health in a pretty poor place. But I knew I wanted to do something extraordinary with my life, so I started a transformative journey. I began working out and learning to code, and believe me, I fell flat on my face countless times.

Through those challenges, I found strength I never knew I had. Then, when my dad passed away, I felt profoundly alone. Thats when the idea for Moves was born. I realized that my journey, as remarkable as it was, would have been so much better if I had shared it with my closest friends.

So, I made Moves for you and your friends. Its a place where you can share your thoughts, experiences, and genuine moments.
